Mastering no carbs


Still chugging along on the no-carb diet that Kaitlin and I started (and had a Gin and Tonic party that night....not the point). Living on applesauce, cranberry juice and swiss cheese gets rather boring after a few days, so I've been looking for some yummy recipes that make this limiting diet more enjoyable. I've been craving Florida's Toojay's dill chicken salad. Here is a recipe I found that looks close-I think I'll try it out tomorrow.

I know, it's sooooo hard to watch John eat Klondike bars and Sierra Nevada without a care in the world; meanwhile, I'm eating carrots and applesauce...... :(
